Prairie Orchid ship to U.S. addresses only. We will make every effort to
ship all products out within 1 business days. If your order is not shipped
within 4 business days (Very Rare) it is due to circumstances beyond our
control. We will, however, make every effort to ship in a timely manner.

UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES. We are not responsible for
non-delivery and cannot provide refunds for items noted as being shipped
by UPS wherein a P.O. Box Number was given as the address for the
item/items to be delivered.
