| Jello Delight 1 cup boiling water 1 3 oz. package Jello (strawberry or orange are great) 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice-cream 1 cup miniature marshmallows Per package instructions, place Jello powder into a small mixing bowl. Add the boiling water and stir for 2 minutes until well dissolved. Pour the mixture into a blender, add the ice-cream and blend on high until well mixed. Pour into a bowl. Add the marshmallows, stir. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator until firm (about 1 hour). Stir just before serving. |
