Quick and Easy Pecan Fudge

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
6 ounces white baking chips
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans

Butter a 9" square cake pan.  Heat milk, chocolate chips and white chips over
low heat until melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.  Remove from heat.  Stir in
vanilla and pecans.  Spread in pan.  Refrigerate until firm, approximately 1 1/2
hours.  Cut into 1 inch squares.  Store in refrigerator.
