Dryer Lint Clay

1 1/2 cups dryer lint
1 cup water
3-4 drops oil of wintergreen, oil of cloves or vegetable oil (or any essential oil)
1/2 cup flour

1.  Place the lint in a 2-quart saucepan and cover with the water and oil.  
2.  Once the lint is completely saturated, add the flour and stir until smooth.
3.  Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the dough forms     
     peaks and holds together.
4.  Pour the mixture onto newspaper to cool.
5.  Model figures out of cooled dough, or use it to cover a form (balloon, paper       
     bag, etc.).
6.  Allow the finished craft to dry about 5 days. Once dry, paint or decorate as        
     desired.
